Both of you must be present, and need to bring valid identification!
If either of you has been previously married you will need to provide the date, place and type of court of the divorce, or the date and place of death of your former spouse.
The license costs $30.00 and is valid anywhere in Colorado for up to 30 days.
After you marry, sign the license and return it to the office within 60 days so that it can be recorded.
